Blueberry and Lime Frozen Yoghurt

This Blueberry and Lime Frozen Yoghurt is a delicious recipe.  The blueberries and lime make a nice combination which are well worth a try in your ice cream maker.  This recipe was inspired by a lovely yoghurt we buy at home and I have to say it makes a delicious flavoured frozen yoghurt.  The recipe has only 4 ingredients and 4 instructions, don’t you love a recipe with only 4 ingredients?  Give it a try, I hope you like it x

Blueberry and Lime Frozen Yoghurt is a gorgeous, bright and zingy recipe with only 4 ingredients.
Recipe Notes

You can use frozen blueberries for this recipe, just defrost before you begin.  This recipe leaves the blueberry skins in which adds a nice texture and a bit of interest but if you prefer no bits, just sieve the blueberries after you have blitzed or mashed them.

Method
  1. Blitz in a food processor or mash the blueberries to a pulp.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and sugar together.
  3. Stir in the blueberries and add the lime juice.
  4. Freeze churn for about 20 minutes or until thick and creamy.
