Method
- Heat the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat until melted.
- Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue heating for 3 minutes, keep stirring.
- Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the evaporated milk. Stir, return to the heat and bring to the boil.
- Serve warm over ice cream.
