Method
  1. Heat the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat until melted.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue heating for 3 minutes, keep stirring.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the evaporated milk. Stir, return to the heat and bring to the boil.
  4. Serve warm over ice cream.
