Clementine Sorbet
This clementine sorbet recipe shouts Christmas to me. It’s a lovely winter dessert guaranteed to make you smile..and top up your vitamin levels.

Ingredients

  1. Put the sugar, clementine zest and water into a saucepan and heat gently stirring to dissolve the sugar. Then bring to the boil and boil for 4 minutes.
  2. Juice the clementines, then strain. Add the lemon juice.
  3. Chill everything completely for an hour or two.
  4. Once absolutely cold, mix the sugar syrup and juices all together and churn in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Try using oranges or mandarins if you prefer.
