Method
  1. Peel the bananas, chop into pieces.
  2. Pop the banana pieces into a plastic box and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  3. Whizz in the food processor along with the raspberries, vanilla extract and coconut milk if using.
  4. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
