Method
  1. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and freeze along with the blueberries. Allow at least 2 hours for this.
  2. When frozen pop your banana slices and blueberries into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
  3. Scoop out and serve.
  4. If your ice cream is too soft to scoop you can churn it in an ice cream maker for around 10 minutes to firm it up, or pop it into a freezer proof container and freeze.
