Method
- Peel and slice your bananas, then freeze with the blueberries. Allow at least 2 hours for this.
- When frozen pop your bananas and blueberries into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and whizz to mix.
- Scoop out your ice cream and serve.
- If your ice cream is too soft to scoop you can pop into an ice cream maker and churn for around 10 minutes to firm it up or put it into a freezer proof container and freeze.
