Method
  1. Peel and slice your bananas, then freeze with the blueberries. Allow at least 2 hours for this.
  2. When frozen pop your bananas and blueberries into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
  3. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and whizz to mix.
  4. Scoop out your ice cream and serve.
  5. If your ice cream is too soft to scoop you can pop into an ice cream maker and churn for around 10 minutes to firm it up or put it into a freezer proof container and freeze.
