Coffee and ice cream are a pretty unbeatable combination.  I love it!  This recipe is great as it only has a handful of ingredients.  Simplicity at its best.

If you haven't got a coffee machine don't worry, just make up a very strong instant coffee to 30ml and it will still taste really good.

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, then chill until really cold.
  2. Add the mixture to your turning ice cream maker.
  3. Freeze churn for about 20 minutes or until thick and creamy.
  4. Eat now or freeze for later. Nice served with a dark chocolate sauce or shortbread.
