  1. Peel and slice your fruit.
  2. Blitz in a bender until smooth
  3. Pour into your ice cream maker and churn until thick enough to scoop.
  4. This is best eaten as soon as you’ve finished churning. Can go a bit icy when frozen.
Recipe Notes

I only used fruit here, and the kiwi gives this frozen smoothie a fresh, sharp taste. If you prefer your frozen smoothie a bit sweeter you could always add a spoon of honey. 

If you don’t have an ice cream maker you can still make this by freezing your slices of fruit and then blitzing in your blender but I prefer the texture you get if you do churn your smoothie in an ice cream maker. Have a look in our shop for a good selection. I use this Savisto Ice Cream Maker.
