  1. Measure the Greek yoghurt into a measuring jug. Add the double cream, vanilla extract and 4 tbsp of honey.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients until it is well combined.
  3. Pour into your turning ice cream machine. A good tip here is to pour the mixture down the edge of a knife to stop drips.
  4. Churn for about 20 minutes or until thick, cold and creamy. Serve with toasted nuts if you would like.
Recipe Notes

A good tip when adding the mixture to your ice cream machine is to pour the mixture down the edge of a knife.  This guides the mixture down the narrow hole and stops it dripping everywhere.  This recipe is really good served with toasted almonds, small pieces of pistachio or bashed hazelnuts.
