
Latte Coffee Ice Cream
This is an all time classic. I love all of our recipes at www.loveicecreams.com but I always do come back to coffee ice cream. You simply can’t go wrong with this flavour choice. This recipe for Latte Coffee Ice Cream is simple to follow and make. It requires a bit of time to chill the mixture right down but it is worth it and the recipe makes plenty. Even my kids like coffee ice cream, perhaps use decaf if little ones are going to eat it.
Recipe Notes
I used my very best coffee pods to make this recipe and I think it was worth it as the taste is brilliant. Use fresh coffee from a coffee machine if you can, but if not make up some strong instant and that will also do the trick. |

- 600 ml whole milk
- 80 g granulated sugar
- 75 ml espresso or strong instant coffee
- 3 egg yolks
