Method
  1. Melt the chocolate over boiling water (or microwave) with 2 tbsp of cream.
  2. Juice the orange after grating the rind.
  3. Mix orange rind, juice, the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Whisk it until very stiff.
  4. Put the mixture into a freezer container and add the melted chocolate by zigzagging it gently with a knife .
  5. Freeze it until solid.
