Orange and lemon sorbet

Orange and Lemon Sorbet

Orange and Lemon Sorbet is so zesty and delicious.  It makes a good dessert when other fresh fruits are not so widely available.  Serve with little shortbread hearts for a dinner party for friends.  I found this lovely recipe in Telegraph this week.  Click here for the recipe.

Recipe Notes

This recipe benefits from a bit of extra time in the freezer once you have made it to allow it to firm up.  It's totally delicious and contains our old friend Vitamin C, enjoy pudding whilst keeping the colds at bay!
