Pineapple Sorbet
If you fancy something zingy and tasty, Love IceCream’s Pineapple Sorbet is just the ticket. This sorbet is so simple, no syrup to make and only three ingredients: pineapple, sugar and water. This is the first time I made sorbet using my smoothie maker and it worked really well. I’m now wondering what other smoothie recipes can be turned into delicious sorbets, probably all! Yippee, smoothie sorbets are the future! Hope you like x
Recipe Notes
This recipe makes about 475ml of sorbet. Check the sweetness is correct before you churn as all pineapples will vary in natural sugar content. |
