Method
  1. Heat the raspberries, sugar and water in a pan on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mash the raspberries with a masher then push through a metal sieve. Allow to cool in the fridge until very cold.
  3. To the yoghurt add mashed banana and whisk. Pop this in the fridge too so everything is nice and cold. Once cold whisk everything together.
  4. Add the mixture to the turning ice cream maker and churn for about 20 minutes or until pink, thick and creamy. Freeze until required.
