Raspberry and Banana Frozen Smoothie
I am loving these frozen smoothie recipes as they are a really fruity and a much healthier dessert than I am used to! They are especially good for the kids and my little ones certainly didn’t complain. There is no refined sugar and this recipe is also dairy free. I am attempting to cut out refined sugar for a week. I am only on day one and I had this for pudding tonight which hit the sweet note and reduced the sweet cravings. This recipe is raspberries and banana but you can try your own variations of fruit. Frozen smoothies are best served straight out of the ice cream maker as they can go a little icy if kept in the freezer for a while. Oh and BTW this frozen smoothie will give you 92% of your Vitamin C daily requirement. Enjoy, guilt free x
