Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
The Mascarpone Cheese gives this ice cream a thick creamy texture, it’s one of my favourites.

Puree your strawberries in a food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pureed strawberries in your food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into your ice cream maker and churn until thick enough to scoop.
Serve or transfer into a freezer proof container and freeze until later.
