Tropical Sundae

This Tropical Sundae is a quick and delicious dessert.  The trick here is to have your sorbet already in the freezer ready to go.  We used LoveIcecreams’ Pineapple Sorbet which is amazingly delicious and has only 3 ingredients (one of which is water).  If you are in need of a sunny holiday, make this, it will make you feel better:)

Top with toasted flaked almonds if you like a bit of extra crunch.  This recipe is for one wine glass so just increase portion size as necessary.

Method
  1. Whip up the double cream until thick and indulgent.
  2. Layer up all the ingredients in a wine glass or sundae glass. Swirl through the lemon curd and finish with the meringue nest on top. Top with toasted flaked almonds if you would like.
