
Vanilla for Weight Loss
Whilst listening to Radio 2 this week, Steve Wright mentioned in one of his Factoids that vanilla can help with controlling weight gain. Further research found at www.livestrong.com says ‘Vanilla is known for its place in frosting, baking and ice cream, things not usually associated with weight loss. While eating lots of vanilla products may not help you lose weight, or even lead to weight gain, smelling its aromatic fragrance possibly can.’ Click here to read more.
